Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. Many of our items are handmade or small-batch, and processing times may vary slightly depending on availability and volume. During busy seasons, festivals, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

At this time, we ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey to you.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order leaves our hands, Dragon’s Hoard is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Dragon’s Hoard is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
